This policy covers what information Atlantic Home (operated by Triple Beam LLC) collects when you use atlantichome.us, call or text us, or work with us on a project, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us, we get whatever you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, property address, photos of your home, and details about your project or storm damage. If you sign up for storm alerts, we keep your email address and, where you provide it, your zip code. Like most websites, we may also use standard analytics and advertising tools that collect device and usage information through cookies or similar technology.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, prepare estimates and design renderings, schedule and complete work, communicate about your insurance claim where you've asked us to, send storm alerts you signed up for, and improve our website and advertising. If you text us, we may reply by text. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to do the work: our crews and subcontractors, suppliers, your insurance carrier when you've engaged us on a claim, and service providers who run our website, scheduling, and communications tools. Those providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email spencer@atlantichome.us or text (216) 434-0278 and we'll take care of it.
