These terms cover your use of atlantichome.us, operated by Triple Beam LLC doing business as Atlantic Home (PA HIC #PA196576).

What this site is

The site describes our services and gives you ways to reach us. Content on the site, including design renderings, project descriptions, and answers to common questions, is general information. It isn't a contract, a guaranteed price, or insurance advice. Every project gets its own written agreement before work begins, and that agreement is what governs the work.

Estimates and renderings

Free inspections, consultations, and visualizer renderings are provided as a courtesy. Renderings are illustrations to help you choose colors and styles; final appearance depends on the actual materials, lighting, and your home. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Insurance claims

Where you engage us on an insurance claim, we document damage and communicate with your carrier on your behalf. Coverage decisions belong to your insurance company, and we can't guarantee any claim outcome.

Our content

The Atlantic Home name, logo, and site content belong to Triple Beam LLC. Manufacturer names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners and indicate products we install, not sponsorship of this site.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Work performed on your property is governed by your written project agreement, applicable law, and our insurance coverage, not by these website terms.
